Suara.com - Video amatir berisi rekaman sejumlah penumpang Lion Air JT 610 yang hendak memasuki pesawat sebelum burung besi itu terbang dan terjatuh ke perairan Tanjung Karawang, Jawa Barat, Senin (29/10) awal pekan ini menjadi sorotan media internasional.
Seperti diberitakan Associated Press, Jumat (2/11/2018), video itu dibuat oleh salah satu penumpang Lion Air JT 610 bernama Paul Ferdinand Ayorbaba.
Ia merekam aktivitas penumpang pesawat nahas itu saat boarding alias berjalan memasuki kabin, Senin pagi.
Video tersebut sempat dikirimkan Paul Ferdinand Ayorbaba kepada sang istri, Inchy Ayorbaba, melalui aplikasi pesan.
“Aku melihat kiriman video itu pukul 6.30 WIB. Setelahnya aku pergi tidur lagi,” kata Inchy seperti dikutip AP.
Selang 3 menit setelah ia melihat video tersebut, jauh di udara, pesawat itu hilang dari medan radar dan ditemukan terjatuh di laut.
"Video itu adalah kontak terakhir Paul dengan saya. Itu pesan terakhirnya,” kata Inchy.
Dalam rincian waktu di aplikasi pesan, Inchy menuturkan Paul mengirimkan video tersebut kepada dirinya sekitar 35 menit sebelum pesawat tinggal landas.
Inchy sendiri baru mengetahui tragedi itu sekitar pukul 09.00 WIB.
”Aku kembali menonton videonya,” tuturnya. ”Aku lantas melihat boarding pass yang dia tunjukkan di video. Saya mulai percaya dia berada di pesawat yang jatuh itu.”
