Lion Air: Gaji Pilot Asing USD 9 - 11 Ribu, Beda dengan di BPJS

Lion Air memastikan angka pembayaran gaji pilot tak seperti yang tertuang dalam BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di angka Rp 3,7 juta. Angka sebenarnya, jauh di atas itu.
Presdir Lion Air Edward Sirait menjelaskan, angka Rp 3,7 juta yang didaftarkan ke BPJS pun hanya untuk pilot asing.
"Gaji pilot asing (sebenarnya) USD 9 - 11 ribu," kata Edward yang dikonfirmasi kumparan, Kamis (1/11).
Menurut dia, pendaftaran ke BPJS dengan angka Rp 3,7 juta juga berlaku pada pilot asing yang sudah lama. Untuk pilot baru sudah disamakan dengan pilot dari Indonesia.
Lion Air punya alasan khusus soal angka Rp 3,7 juta itu, yakni sesuai UMP. Dan angka ini sudah disepakati oleh pilot.
"Mereka kan kontrak, rata-rata 2 tahun sesuai aturan Kemenhub. Jadi biasanya habis kontrak ada yang pulang ke negara mereka. BPJS juga tidak diurus," urai dia.
Tapi, tambah Edward, ada juga pilot asing yang mau diperpanjang kontraknya.  
"Untuk yang baru ini, sudah kami samakan dengan yang pilot asal Indonesia," bebernya.
Untuk pilot asal Indonesia, dibuat perjanjian dengan angka paling besar hitungan Rp 20 juta untuk BPJS.
"Ini kesepakatan dengan pilot. Dan gaji mereka besarnya di variabel lain. Mereka juga bayar asuransi sendiri," tegasnya.
Edward tak merinci alasan detil mengapa gaji pilot asing dan juga pilot Indonesia yang didaftarkan di BPKS tak disesuaikan dengan penghasilan mereka.
