TRIBUNSOLO.COM - Wakil Ketua DPR RI, Fahri Hamzah menanggapi pernyataan pengacara kondang Hotman Paris terkait ganti rugi untuk korban jatuhnya pesawat Lion Air JT 610.
Hal itu disampaikannya lewat cuitan di akun Twitter miliknya, @Fahrihamzah, Jumat (2/11/2018).
Ia tampak menanggapi sebuah pemberitaan di salah satu media.

Dalam pemberitaan tersebut, disebutkan bahwa Hotman Paris memberikan nasihat hukum bagi para keluarga korban mengenai langkah yang bisa mereka lakukan selanjutnya.
Melalui akun Instagram @hotmatparisofficial, pengacara yang kerap tampil nyentrik itu menyatakan bahwa ganti rugi atas nyawa manusia tidak bisa dibatasi sehingga gugatan kerugian bisa sangat besar.
"Kepada para keluarga korban pesawat Lion Air, segera siapkan gugatan perdata materiil dan immateriil, nyawa manusia tidak ada batasan ganti ruginya."
"Tidak ada undang-undang yang membatasi jumlah kerugian. Jangan mau nanti tanda tangan tidak menuntut hanya karena kamu dikasih misalnya 100-200 juta hanya sebatas-batas uang pertanggungan asuransi," ungkap Hotman Paris.
Lebih lanjut, Hotman Paris mengatakan kalau para keluarga bisa menggugat hingga Rp 1 triliun per kerugian jiwa.
"Gugat habis-habisan karena jiwa, nyawa orang yang kau cintai yang sekarang masih berada di dasar laut tidak ternilai dengan uang. Ini pelajaran bagi seluruh bangsa Indonesia untuk melakukan tanggung jawabnya kepada publik dan tanggung jawab profesi. Gugat semaksimal mungkin bila perlu 1 nyawa 1 triliun," lanjut dia.
